This website, paventis.shop, is operated by ELORIA COSMETICS LIMITED ("Paventis", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe products accurately. Sizes, light counts and features come from each maker's listing and product photos and may be approximate. Colors can look different on different screens. If a detail matters to you, email support@paventis.shop before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include import duties. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Shipping charges are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Product use and safety
Follow the maker's instructions for setup and use. Outdoor electrical items should be used with outdoor-rated cords and GFCI-protected outlets. Inflatables should be anchored and taken down in high wind.
Intellectual property
Text, layout and graphics created for this site belong to us or our licensors. Product names and marks that belong to other companies remain the property of their owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
