Shipping policy
Paventis ships to the contiguous United States. The details are below.
Where we ship
We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or outside the United States.
Where orders ship from
Orders ship from a supplier warehouse outside the United States. We don't operate a US warehouse.
Shipping cost
- Orders under $60: $7.95 flat rate.
- Orders of $60 or more: free standard shipping.
The $60 threshold is based on your order total after any discounts are applied. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
- Order processing: 3–5 business days.
- Transit after dispatch: 8–12 business days.
- Total estimated delivery time: 11–17 business days.
Orders placed by 6:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday, start processing that business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, or on a weekend, start processing the next business day. Delivery times are estimates; carrier delays, weather and peak holiday periods can add time, so please order seasonal decor well ahead of the date you need it.
Carriers and P.O. Boxes
We ship with USPS and FedEx. We deliver to P.O. Boxes; orders going to a P.O. Box are sent with USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
Import duties and taxes
Import duties are included in our prices. You will not pay any import fees when your order is delivered. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours after it is successfully placed. Email support@paventis.shop with your order number. After 24 hours the order may already be in processing; you can then use our return process.
